Structure EngineerJob Descriptions:
Prepare design plan and/or review design plan from consultants, develop design details, ensure design drawings are proper, complete, and accurate.
Coordinate with consultant and internal user in regards to design plan.
Prepare drawings necessary for project's planning & development permit/ project's tender.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
At least 3 years of working experience as technical planner in Consultant/Developer / High Rise Project and Infrastructure.
Computer literacy (ability to operate Auto CAD, ETABS atau SAP2000, MS Office)
Oversee Structural design/documentation team with detail design resolution.
Able to produce concept design schemes with minimum supervision.
Willing to be placed in BSD City.
Quantity Surveyor Staff - Infrastructure BSD
Job Descriptions:
Analyze the costs of various types of work in preparation for tenders.
Prepare tender documents (RAB approval, P3, Drawing For tender, contractor price comparison).
Control the budget and analyze the cost benefits for all aspects of the work.
Track any changes to the design or actual work and adjusts the budget projection.
Prepare and monitors the administration of activities and completeness of documents.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor in infrastructure.
Computer literate (Ms. Office and AutoCAD).
Analytical & logical thinking skill.
Accurate and competent in estimation.
Willing to be placed in BSD City.
Drafter - BSD
Job Descriptions:
Support Infrastructure Planning team in producing design drawings up to the level of construction documents for infrastructure systems.
Prepare shop drawings and design proposals to meet the project needs.
Archive and control revisions of design drawings, shop drawings, and as-builts.
Modify plans to suit the needs of project engineers and designers.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager in Mechanical & Electrical projects.
Having knowledge of relevant legislation and regulation.
Able to a methodical approach, commendable analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Willing to be placed in BSD City.
