PT. Bhumi Phala Perkasa didirikan pada tahun 1993 di Balikpapan. Kami telah menangani berbagai proyek besar dan mengukir prestasi kinerja yang luar biasa sehingga perusahaan ini bertumbuh dari usaha kecil menjadi perusahaan swasta besar.Didorong oleh perkembangan industri-industri pertambangan, minyak, gas dan petrokimia yang pesat di Balikpapan dan Kalimantan Timur, serta dukungan teknis perusahaan penyedia utama kami (Berbagai perusahaan terkenal Amerika, Eropa dan Australia), pada tahun 2006, PT Bhumi Phala Perkasa memutuskan berinvestasi pada kantor dan tempat kerja baru.
Tempat kerja dan kantor baru tersebut memberikan kesempatan bagi PT Bhumi Phala Perkasa untuk meningkatkan kapasitas semua divisi untuk mendukung industri-industri minyak, gas dan petrokimia. Saat ini kami telah memiliki delapan divisi utama dan jajaran produk yang luas.
Posisi dan Kualifikasi
QA/QC INSPECTOR(SERPONG - TANGERANG SELATAN)
• Perform visual Inspections, both fabrication and site which involves safety, material and
equipment preservation and submit daily report regarding all inspections and findings to
Lead QA/QC;
• Monitoring Piping Installations on site, Perform Inspections before, during and after
installations;
•Monitor contractor, in ensuring the material needed and personnel comply with
specification of the projects' requirements and standards;
• Orderly manage and witnessing test and inspection work (piping and mechanical), including
documents required, as per approved drawings, specification and requirements.
• Bachelor Degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering from reputable University.
• Aged 30 - 45 Years Old,
• Having minimum 5 years' experience as QC Mechanical & Piping Inspector, preferable has
experience in Geothermal Industry, Oil & Gas, and/ or Renewable Energy Company.
• Having comprehensive knowledge in Valve, Piping, Pump and welding procedure and
applied standard.
• Hold a valid Welding Inspector From B4T and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Certification.
• Good command in English both oral and written.
• Experience 3 - 5 years in Steel Structures Mechanical and Piping
• Computer Literate in Microsoft Office.
• Good analytical thinking skill.
• Attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• High motivation, good team work and able to work independently.
PROJECT MANAGER
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED :
The holder this post must have the following, qualification
1. Coordinate vendors and internal resources for the smooth running of the project.
2. Ensure projects are completed on time, and within scope and budget.
3. Develop scope and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical
feasibility.
4. Managing day-to-day activities of various teams to ensure projects are completed on time
and within budget.
5. Planning project management activities.
6. Analyzing financial information to keep projects on track.
7. Collaborating with different departments to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process.
8. Streamline our projects to ensure we reach our goals and keep projects on track for timely completion.
9. Having thorough understanding of local business and understand various important business objectives.
10. Continuously optimizing workflow to ensure the rapid landing of business and projects
11. Have fully understand related industrial and MIGAS standard in operation maintenance and repair/ Service and Fabrication, Welding equipment, Engine Generator, Lifting Equipment.
12. Make Report to General Manager and Director as required.
Qualification:
1. Graduate from mechanical engineering with at least 15 years experience on Oil and gas Company.
2. Computer literacy in Microsoft office, AutoCAD, MS Project.
3. Certified as Project Management Professional (PMP).
4. Strong familiarity with project management tools and best practices.
5. Have strong ability of resource allocation, Planning & Forecasting, Scheduling, Cost & Budgeting, Risk Management.
6. Good Healthy.
