A Humble Beginning PT. Samco Farma was
established during post World War II, in a small mom-and-pop store in
Chinatown, Central Jakarta – Indonesia as an importer of traditional
Chinese medicine. The store was well patronized and business was growing
rapidly. An astute businessman, the founder at that time decided to
expand the business and moved the business activity to the current
premises at Tangerang - Banten. Job vacancies were immediately opened to
reduce unemployment, and this created a positive community development
in the neighborhood.Now, A family-owned and run company, PT. Samco Farma has grown rapidly in the past recent years due to the strong leadership under the current management. We are continuously innovating our products and actively seeking business opportunities to keep in advance of tough competition in the pharmaceutical business. It is also in our business interest to actively expanding production capacity to increase our range of product.
Posisi dan Kualifikasi
LEGAL SUPERVISORRequirements
• Candidate must process a Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Have PKPA and Advocate License & PERADI
• Experienced as a Corporate Legal min 3 years in Pharmaceutical Company (preferable)
• Good English proficiency both oral and written
• Applicants must be willing to be placed in Tangerang
Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily management of the legal function (review and drafting contract, document keeping, etc related legal task) and provide accurate, timely and pragmatic legal advice to support the company's business.
• Monitor, measure and report on any legal issues, risks, opportunities and ensure that all permits comply with the applicable laws and regulations
• Ensure awareness of any legal updates/regulatory changes and advise on any necessary change to company legal policy
• Conduct research and ensure adherence to the prevailing laws, draft, circulate to the management, nreview with the management.
• Prepare Legal Opinions and conduct legal research as requested by Management.
• Prepare, submit, and register Company Licensing Applications at the national level ministries/agencies.
TECHNICIAN
(MAINTENANCE AREA)
Kualifikasi:
• Laki - Laki, max usia 35 tahun
• Pendidikan min SMK/ S1 Jurusan Teknik
• Pengalaman kerja min 2 - 3 tahun dalam area Maintenance.
• Penempatan HO, Tangerang
Tanggung Jawab:
• Melakukan pengoperasian, perbaikan, perawatan, pembersian pekerjaan pada mesin milik perusahaan seperti Supermixer, FBD, Filling Cairan dan lainnya.
• Pembuatan laporan kondisi seluruh mesin di bag. Maintenance.
• Rekap dan analisa atas penggunaan spare part.
• Mentaati tata tertib dan kebersihan serta kerapihan lingkungan kerja di bag. Teknik sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku.
• Melaporkan progress seluruh pekerjaan di area maintenance dan perawatan mesin seta isu yang ditemui.
