Profil Perusahaan

PT Merdeka Battery Materials (“MBM”) carries out business activities as a holding company for a business group engaged in nickel and other mineral mining, processing, and other related activities that are vertically integrated with the strategic mineral value chain and electric motor vehicle batteries. The MBM Group owns the value chain of strategically significant raw material assets and electric motor vehicle batteries in Central and Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia.

Posisi dan Kualifikasi

FOREMAN ORE QUALITY ASSURANCE
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma degree in Geology Major
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in related position
  • Understand QA & QC procedures for nickel mine production, stockpile management and stockpile balance
  • Certified POP
  • Good leadership skill
  • Proficient in Ms Office
  • Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:
  • Supervise Assistant, Crew, and Dispatcher to ensure the work is carried out according to operational standards.
  • Supervise activities at the sample preparation and sample house to ensure the work is carried out
  • according to operational standards.
  • Supervise the implementation of Stockpile Management activities to maintain the quality of the ore produced.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports to provide up-to-date information on production, stockpile balancem and validation of production data.
  • Implement the Company's Health and Safety program for all subordinates to maintain them occupational safety and health.
