PT AEL Indonesia is equipped and able to deliver variable services which range from product supply to down the hole (DTH) services and all-inclusive services such as prime, load, tie and shoot (PLTS) offerings.
Posisi dan Kualifikasi
PT AEL Indonesia is part of the AECI Mining Explosives, which is a leading developer, producer and supplier of commercial explosives, initiating systems and blasting services for mining, quarrying and construction markets in Africa and Indonesia.We are currently seeking for best candidates to fill the following vacant positions:
1. HR Services Superintendent
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant major particularly in human resources management.
At least 5 years' experience in compensation + benefits, payroll and recruitment
• Familiar with relevant Government Regulations in (but not limited to)
Compensation & Benefit as well as the prevailing Manpower Law and regulation in
Indonesia.
• Mastering in using Ms. Office application: Word, Excel (with advanced skill in Data
Processing).
• Experience in HIS/SAP and Payroll Information systems.
2.Material Control Supervisor
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering is highly preferable.
At least 5 years' experience in material control and inventory management
Must have supervision experience and able to monitor and direct workflow.
Familiar with SAP System
3. Electrical & Instrument Engineer
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline or related field is highly desirable;
but a combination of great experience and demonstrated skill with DCS based
solutions associated with industrial automation plus educational accomplishments
will be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience with various PLC/HMI
programming languages and DCS based control systems as related to design, field
start up and programming preferably Siemens.
• Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience with process automation
techniques and applications.
• Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is
required to communicate to management level.
• Extensive travel between sites.
4. Purchasing Supervisor
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in related field required preferably Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in related field required.
• Familiar with SAP System
5. Pit Supervisor
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineer
• Minimum 5 years experiences in blasting.
• A Driving License (SIM A).
• Certified POP training and KJL II.
• Able to speak and write in English is preferred
6. MMU Operator
Requirements:
• Education : minimum Senior high School with 5 years experiences as MMU
Operator
• A Driving License (SIM BII).
• Certified training KJL II.
7. Maintenance Planner
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical), or
technical diploma with 3 years' experience in relevant field.
• Previous maintenance planning experience is essential.
• Technical knowledge.
• Knowledge of electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic system
