Project Commercial Engineer - Gresik PMR
Job Summary
Provide commercial / contracts management expertise to Management and Clients, including auditing documents for compliance and offer a legal perspective to all situations that may expose company to risk in order to enhance company's effectiveness and efficiencies in term of minimizing such risk in commercial / contracts.
Education
High School Graduate of Any major
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
Min 1 year experience in Contract or Commercial project
Eager to work hard, good teamwork, accountable, good analytical skill, and has knowledge in Mining Operation
Good understanding of Mining Business Process.
Willing to be based at the company’s mine sites.
Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
Good communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
Quantity Surveyor - Gresik PMR

Job Summary
Manage and ensure all quantity and measurement in accordance with the existing Contract, starting from the initial calculation to the final figure. Seek to minimize the cost of a project and increase the value of money, while still achieving the required standards and qualities.
Education
Diploma Degree of Any Major
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
Min. 1 years experiences as a Quantity Surveyor or related with commercial / project cost controller / cost planner.
Good knowledge of construction methods and materials take off
Comparison Budget Quantity vs. Actual
May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements.
Willing to be placed in all projects.
Good communication, negotiation, and QS breakdown structure
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
