ISO Admin
Description:
- Assist Management Representatives in carrying out ISO document control system.
- Assist in new documents creation or revisions for then coordinating and confirming to the user.
- Ensure documents are legalized before distribution, socialized and distributed to interested departments.
- Assist in the implementation of internal and external audits and controlling the follow-up.
- Make changes to documents if needed in coordination with Management Representative.
- Filing the document in the system and ensure filling is proper, accurate, up to date, easy to trace and protected from damage.
- Withdraw or destroy expired documents to ensure that the documents used are always updated.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Min. Diploma degree from any major.
- Have at least 1 year experience and exposure in ISO Certification and document control system.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Good communication skill and team working.
- Proficient at operating MS Office programs, MS Visio and Internet system
- Will work in Head Office (South Jakarta area).
- Project based under Third Party Contract.
