Analyst Maintenance StrategyCity: Jakarta,
Location: Head Office
Status: Permanent
Job Description :
- Responsible to develop Machine (CAT & Non CAT) Maintenance templates for Standard Job Readiness.
- Responsible to develop and calculating lifecycle maintenance costing related to the technocal condition of a unit for marketing and sales team (i.e. for PP prospect).
- Responsible to define standard jobs into long term resource requirements for service agreements, based on marketing prioritization and ensuring resource requirement quality and competitiveness
- Responsible to develop and calculating maintenance contract rates (MARC, Complex CVA & Rental)
- Responsible to define resource requirements for standard jobs are available in SAP Service Order Template
- Accountable & Responsible to maintain standard job and pricing due to operational feedback.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering (preferred), Industrial/Electrical Engineering
- 3 years experience in Equipment management including field (Retail Machine) experience.
- Business Knowledge : Product Support Solutions
- Specific Requirement : Technical Knowledge, Maintenance Management, Maintenance Budget.
- Biz English, Ms Office, Project Management
