Posisi dan KualifikasiAsst. HRBP Manager for Ice Cream
The role of Assistant HRBP Manager is to support the delivery of HR Strategy and People Agenda in Ice Cream Business Unit, by working closely with the other HR functions and wider HR team. For this, the incumbent will need to work with HR Lead and the other HRBP, both at country level (i.e., Indonesia) and regional level (i.e., SEA), in advising on various HR matters and ensuring effective execution of plans and changes. The incumbent will be also required to use skills in HR Information Systems management to provide insights and ensure data reliability.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Being the first point of HR contact of the team for a seamless employee experience journey
- Supporting the implementation of HR Strategy and People Agenda by ensuring the delivery is fully aligned to Business Unit needs and goals.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR Solutions by understanding how each function within the Business Unit works
- Supporting managers and team in each function within the Business Unit in enhancing their Capability, creating High Performing Culture, implementing Changes, and managing their Wellbeing
- Supporting Organization Effectiveness related activities in the Business Unit, including conducting Job Evaluation, reviewing, and updating Organization Structure, and monitoring the allocation of FTE and Overhead Budget
- Collaborating with other HR functions and team in managing end to end HR activities and priorities, including in advising HR processes, in the Business Unit according to company's policies, among others in local Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Conflict Resolution, Employment Law/Legal Compliance, Performance Management, and Culture Activation.
- Maintaining effective Employee Relations through regular connection with employees in the Business Unit
- Bachelor/master’s degree from any major
- Good knowledge and work experiences in key HR Processes, Roles, and Responsibilities across the entire HR Lifecycle (1-2 years of experience)
- Basic understanding of Labor Legislations
- Basic understanding of Talent Management, Performance Management, Culture Activations, and Engagement Interventions
- Proven to be a self-starter and resilient person in previous job(s) and/or internship(s)

Assistant Process Development Manager - Home Care
MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
To land on time in full Home Care innovations and savings projects in Indonesia.
- To ensure successful On Time in Full implementation for innovation, renovation, and 5S projects in Home Care Indonesia.
- Engage and work together with cluster/global R&D, Supply Chain, TM, CTI, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, and CMI in daily basis to deliver required technical support for all innovation, renovation, and 5S projects.
- Deploy and roll out the best practices in technology to factory based on MPT, process specification, and process validation.
- Prepare document and data recipe & specification, and other technical documents related to innovation, renovation, and 5S projects.
- Provide inputs on Capex investment to meet processing capability.
- Provide processing support and technical expertise to support factory team for any operational issue or due to quality improvement projects.
- Develop formulation prototypes for local led projects.
- Conduct stability test monitoring and support consumer test samples preparation.
- Maintaining data records and create necessary documents to support the R&D and business ecosystem.
- Manage R&D lab operations together with other R&D team members.
- Support implementation of digital R&D tools for Home Care R&D.
- Support other ad-hoc R&D activities due to business needs.
- Bachelor of Chemical Engineering or Science field with 1 – 3 years experiences in Unilever roles with significant experience on leading projects.
- Fully operational or working knowledge skills on product/processing/engineering. Must have basic appreciation or working knowledge of other functional areas like packaging, CTI, or regulatory.
- Awareness of project management process and able to deliver to tight deadlines.
- Good leadership, coordination, and organization skills. Problem solving skills with practical creativity.
- Strong leadership competencies to deliver projects and influence leaders in the organization.
- Ability to work independently and lead multi-brand projects and collaborate with cross-functional projects teams.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills for both virtual as well as cross-functional onsite teams.
- Strong in Strategic thinking.
