Posisi dan Kualifikasi
Designer & Civil EngineerREQUIREMENTS:
• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering. Minimum 4-5 year of working experiences as Project Engineer.
• Familiar able to operate Autocad and SketchUp 3D software, and calculate RAB.
• Team player, creative, neat, and detail-oriented.
• Cood communication skills, honest, and discipline.
• Work Location : Head Office, West Jakarta.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create design plans drawings.
• Create a detailed budget plan.
• Making the progress of the entire project running.
• Monitor administrative prc•cesses during the project.
• If necessary, will visit the project location to ensure the design can be implemented.
• Other duties as assigned.
Head of Field Operation
REQUIREMENTS:
• Possess Bachelors Degree in Naval Architecture or ANT/AJT-2.
• Minimum S year experiences as Surveyor CPO & Marine/Coordinator/Supervisor, preferably in
the same industry.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and independently or in a team.
• Work Location: Batam.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operation Excellent (ensure the application of all SOP, and FWI in field work such as
sampling, survey, and inspection, and able to validate the Surveyor / Inspection report also
implement SNI ISO / IEC 17020: 2012 for Quality Management Systems).
• Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment, maintain safety and work environment,
report work conditions or unsafe work behavior, following daily briefing / huddling.
Ensuring the availability and reliability of operational equipment (Survey and Inspection) as
well as the availability Of consumables as needed.
• Complaint handling and ensuring the timeliness & actual use Of operational costs by
Surveyors and Inspectors.
• Ensuring that experts (Surveyors and Inspectors) and other sub-ordinates have competence
in accordance with the requirements.
• prepare all documentation relating to the management company's licensing activities to
support the smooth operation of the company.
Sales Representative
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess minimum Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, preferably in the
survey/inspection industry or related industries.
Strong knowledge and working experience with Ms. Excel &
PowerPoint.
Analytical, detail-oriented, team player, and creative personality.
Cood interpersonal skills, communication, self-discipline, Public
Relations, and time management.
Good knowledge and experience in handling Costumers.
Work location: Cikarang, West Java.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve 100% of annual revenue target
Prepare MCB budget, Quotation & tender
Proactive maintain existing & grab the lost client
A regular visiting potential client
Collaborate with operation & finance team to maintain a financial budget
Sales Representative
REQUIREMENTS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactive maintain existing 8 grab the lost client
• A regular visiting potential client
• Collaborate with operation & finance team to maintain a financial budget
Surveyor
REQUIREMENTS:
• Possess minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably from Petroleum Engineering / Naval Architecture.
• Minimum 2 year of working as Surveyor (Petrochem) in a related field, especially from Mining / Survey Inspection Industries. in surveyor's tasks (preparation, survey activity, rel»rting, etc).
• Familiar with ISO / IEC 17020, ISO 9001, •SO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Able to work under pressure, neat and good interpersonal skills.
High integrity, willing to learn and good communication.
• Work Location : Cilegon, West Java.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible to conduct survey regarding to all Carsurin services.
Create and ensure the validity of survey reports.
with Operation Monitoring Off cer for any survey reports.
Complaint handling and able to implement safety working prcxedure_
• Ensure to all oværational tools management.
