• Age : Maximum 25 yo
• Bachelors degree
• Fresh graduate with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable University
• Actively involved in organizational activity
• Strong analytical ability
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Solid leadership experience
• Willing to do business travel
• Willing to be placed in any Pancaran Shipping Group branch office or site across Indonesia
