Posisi dan Kualifikasi
AC & Water Heater SupervisorJOB DESK :
- Ensured all vendor compliance to safety, environtment regulation, keep workshop and work place area clean and tidy.
- Familiar to operate software project such Ms.Office and Ms.Project.
- Managing WO preventive & corrective due to planning and scheduling on detail summary to every work order included time table.
- Created annually capex and opex for maintenance for replacement unit and operation cost
- Remainder to all vendor related with work progress and updated data on daily basis.
- Coordinates with Infrastructure maintenance teams to created plans civil work jobs, building, road maintenance, WTP, Electrician, Camp & catering, etc.
- Provides advised and assessed due the contractor performance to Maintenance coordinator.
- Conducts meeting and regular inspection with contractors that will be held on regular basis as schedule.
- Maintain record, documentation any progress, improvement, activity before and after should be attaches.
- Created annually preventive schedule for Ac and water heater
REQUIREMENT & SKILL :
- Education Background : Electrical Engineer diploma or S-1
- Experience 5 years
- Soft Skill Electrical Engineer, preferable HVAC skill
- Leadership, Communication Skill, Ms. Office,
- Strong communication skill
- Very good at technical skill
- Have a good working attitude
- English proficiency
- Ability to work in adverse weather and occasional overtime and weekend 24/7
- Language Indonesia & English intermediate

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Ensured all vendor compliance to safety, environment regulation,
work place area clean and tidiness.
- Conducted estimate cost following with plans with vendor due to
man powers, materials, plan as job requirements.
- Remainder to all contractor and vendor related with work progress
and updated data on daily basis.
- Provides KPI and assessment due the contractor performance on
monthly basis to Maintenance coordinator.
- Conducts meeting and regular inspection with contractors that will
be held on regular basis as schedule.
- Maintain record, documentation any progress, improvement,
activity before and after should be attached.
- Coordinates with others maintenance teams to created plans civil
work jobs, building, Electrician, HVAC, etc.
- Conducted estimate cost following with plans with vendor due to

- Conduct inspection at WTP, STP, PWT pump, electrical panel, motor unit and street light.
REQUIREMENT & SKILL :
- Electrical Engineer (D-3 or S-1)
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Soft Skill : Leadership, Strong Communication Skill.
- Auto Cad, Ms. Office
- Very good at technical skill
- Have a good working attitude
- English proficiency
- Ability to work in adverse weather and occasional overtime and
weekend 24/7
- Working with no rotation (no work on /off schedule)
- Willing to work at Futong site - Riau

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Managing WO due to planning and scheduling on detail summary to every work order included time table. Manpower and material availability on site.
- Created annually Capex and Opex for maintenance.
- Remainder to all vendor related with work progress and updated data on daily basis.
- Coordinates with Infrastructure maintenance teams to created plans civil work jobs, building, road maintenance, WTP, Electrician, HVAC, etc.
- Provides advised and assessed due the contractor performance to Maintenance coordinator.

WTP / STP Supervisor
JOB DESK :
-Ensured all vendor compliance to safety, environment regulation, keep workshop and work place area clean and tidy.
-Familiar to operate software project such Ms.Office and Ms.Project.
-Created annually Capex and Opex for cost regular maintenance for WTP, STP and drinking water/Portable water.
-Coordinates with Infrastructure maintenance teams to created plans civil work jobs, building, Electrician, HVAC, etc.
-Provides advised and assessed due the contractor performance to Maintenance coordinator.
-Conducts meeting and regular inspection with teams that will be held on regular basis as schedule.
- Maintain record, documentation any progress, improvement, activity before and after should be attaches.
-Conducted practices of water treatment and water quality analysis sampling on daily basis.
-Create Schedule for Filter cleaning/replacement, sedimentation basin loading, chemical test and water analysis
-Created proper methods, materials, tools and equipment used in water plant repair, maintenance and operation
-Monitoring and reported regularly lab result and informed immediately if there’s any harm microbe for portable water
familiar with flowing and pump system starting from well pump up to raw water and drinking water.
-Familiar with sewage/black water system operation up to proper water to drainage.
REQUIREMENT & SKILL :
- Education background : Chemical engineer/Mechanical engineer/Diploma
- Experience : 5 years
- Soft skill : Leadership, Strong communication skill.
- Ms. Office
- Very good at technical skill
