QUANTITY SURVEYOR
East Java

Manage and ensure all quantity and Measurement accordance With the existing Contract, starting from the initial calculation to the final figure. Seek to minimize the cost of a project and increase the value of money, while still achieving the required standards and qualities.

Requirements :
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree from related major.
  • Min. 1 year's experiences as Quantity Surveyor or related with / project cost controller/ cost planner.
  • Preferably experienced On multidisciplinary projects.
  • Good knowledge of construction methods and materials take off
  • Comparison Budget Quantity vs. Actual
  • May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements.
  • Willingto be placed in all projects.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and QS breakdown structure
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
Responsibilities :
  • Supporting tender and contract development. incl bil Is of quantités with the relevant parties (ex: architect, civil or client).
  • Undertaking Quantities analysis for project, repair and maintenance work.
  • Identifying analyzing and respons to commercial risks, perfcxrn risk, and value management.
  • Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertakire feasbdity studies.
  • Mainta in and actively impl SHE programs and responsiblity (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness ofthe programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure appliedand to confirm the execution ofthe SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome
