TEAM MANAGER INTERNAL AUDITRequirements:
• Bachelor's in Economy, Management & Engineering from reputable university (GPA min 3.0)
• Min. 8 years of experience. preferably from a Mining Company
• Have a knowledge in Excel. Risk Management. problem Solving & Rcx)t Cause Analysis
• Expertise in Interview Data Analysis & Communication Skills
• Have CIA certification
• Have skill in Computer literacy (Ms. Office) & SAP
• Witling to be placed in Gatot Subroto, Jakarta
Responsibilities:
• Providing independent and objective assurance and consulting, with the aim of providing added value and improving the company's operations, using a systematic approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and good corporate governance processes.
• Examine and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the Company's operations in all human, financial and technical aspects.
• Monitor, analyze and report on the implementation of recommended follow-up improvements
• Develop a quality evaluation program for Internal Audit activities
