Profil Perusahaan

PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) is a mining company based in Indonesia that is engaged in the exploration, mining, and processing of gold and silver. The only place of operation is at the Martabe Gold Mine in North Sumatra. Company functions are managed from Jakarta.
Mineral Resources as of June 30, 2020, reached 7.6 million ounces of gold and 66 million ounces of silver. Production began at Martabe on 24 July 2012. The operating capacity of the Martabe Gold Mine is exceeds 6 million tonnes of ore per year to produce more than 300.000 ounces of gold and 2-3 million ounces of silver pery year.

PTAR employs more than 3,000 employees and contractors, over 99% of whom are Indonesian nationals, and more than 70% of whom are recruited from local residents. PTAR is committed to creating sate and efficient operations, minimizing environmental impact, and ensuring our existence provides long-term benefits to all local stakeholders.

The majority shareholder in PTAR is PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara, which is owned by PT United Tractors, Tbk (60%) and PT Pamapersada Nusantara (40%), with a total share of 95%. PT United Tractors Tbk is a public company whose shares are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and is also subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk. PT United Tractors, Tbk's share ownership consists of 59.50 by PT Astra International Tbk and 40.50% by the public. PT. Pamapersada Nusantara is 99.99% owned by PT United Tractors, Tbk. 5% of the Company's shares are owned by PT Artha Nugraha Agung which is jointly owned by PT Pembangunan Prasarana Sumatera Utara with 30% and PT Tapanuli Selatan Membangun with 70%.

Posisi dan Kualifikasi

ENGINEER – DRILL AND BLAST
(MIN 2305033)

This position will be based at Martabe Site in Mining Department, and reports  directly to Senior Engineer – Drill and Blast.
The role is to provide eective engineering control for drilling and blasting  and supervision of drilling and blasting contractor, to develop drill and blast  design to ensure statutory compliance and achieve blast result that optimize  project cost

Key responsibilities for the Engineer – Drill and Blast role:
• Complete drill and blast designs eectively to achieve optimal fragmentation,
minimize ore and dilution, optimal digging rate, optimal crushing and milling rate,
and maintain drill productivity.
• Ensuring mining operations are supported in maintaining sucient blasted
inventory stock in line with the mine plan requirements and blast performance
expectations.
• Provide short-term planning for drill & blast on daily and weekly horizons.
• Undertaking analytics and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Coordinating with all stakeholders including mine geology, mine engineering, mine
survey, mine geotechnical, drill and blast operations, production, mine contractors
teams and blasting services teams.
• Provide eective control and supervision of drill and blast activity to comply with
regulations and Good Industry Practice.
• Supervise, lead and develop subordinates.

Qualications & Experiences:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering.
2. Have minimum 2 years experience of drill and blast on hard rock mining.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong technical drill and blast knowledge and skills.
5. Strong working knowledge of Surpac, tie-up/in software, OrePro 3D, Split Desktop,
 Blastware or equivalent drill and blast software packages is highly desirable.
6. Knowledge and ability to manage administration and permitting of explosive and
 explosive magazines.
7. Hold a certicate of competency for frontline operational supervisor.
8. Hold Blaster Certicate and Blaster Permit.
9. Hold a Certicate of Explosive Blasting Operator Competency.
10. Preferably candidates who have understanding and programming ability in Power
 BI module, and experience and understanding of high precision FMS drill and blast
 and measure while drilling (MWD) data

ENGINEER – IT NETWORK
(IT 2304030)

This position will be based at Martabe Site in the IT and Systems Department,
and reports directly to Superintendent – Information Technology

The role is will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining
complex IT systems that are focused on network infrastructure. This includes
conguring and maintaining routers, switches, rewalls, load balancers, and
other network devices to ensure high availability, reliability, and security

Qualications & Experiences:
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
11. Strong attention to detail.
12. Hard Worker, Team Player, Orientation to detail & ability to handle projects with
 high deadlines.
13. Good command of English (written and spoken).
14. Knowledge of Virtualization.
15. Knowledge of servers, storage, backup and security.
16. Certied in Cisco and FortiGate product is a plus.
17. Certied in Network and/or Cyber Security (CEH, etc.) or comparable work
 experience will be given preference. Risk analysis/assessment experience is a plus.
18. Strong understanding and demonstrated experience using IT control
 methodologies and standards, certied on ITIL v3 or later is a plus.
19. Knowledge and experience with documentation and dening the company's data
 security policy.
20. Experience with multi-site network infrastructure.
21. Experience with IoT.
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information System / Information Technology /
 Computer Science or relevant experiences.
2. 5 years of experience in IT engineering or related eld, with a focus on network
 infrastructure.
3. Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, including conguration,
 maintenance, and troubleshooting.
4. Experience with an array of products from Cisco, Fortinet and Ubiquiti is required.
5. Knowledge of and experience with Networking Protocol, Cyber Security incident
 types such as DDoS attacks, malicious software infections, active intrusion
 techniques, and misappropriate use scenarios would be advantages.
6. Experience with Microsoft Windows/*nix server infrastructure required.

ENGINEER – SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

This position will be based at Martabe Site in the IT and Systems  Department, and reports directly to Superintendent – Information System.

The role is will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex
systems and applications that support the business needs of our organization. You
will work with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system
architects, network engineers, project managers, as well as third-party vendors to
develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance the performance and
reliability of PTAR systems.

Qualications & Experiences:
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information System / Information Technology /
 Computer Science or relevant experiences.
2. Minimum 3 years of full SDLC experience.
3. Good command of English (written and spoken).
4. Able to analyse business process requirements.
5. Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, JSON, etc.)
6. Practical knowledge of codeless programming platforms (Microsoft Power Platform
 or similar platform).
7. Solid understanding of software development best practices, such as agile
 development, code reviews, version control, security review and testing.
8. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, etc.).
9. Practical knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, network, security, etc.) to support
 system development.
10. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work
 independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
11. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain
 complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
