PROJECT ENGINEEREast Java
Prepare and assist in preparation and implementation Project Execution Plan, from identify project plans and proposals to review & analyze project progress; ensuring all documents and specifications, both internal and external, are conform to Company's Standard and procedu res.
Requirements :
- Min. 1 years experiences as Project Engineer.
- Proven track record of performing a Project Engineers role in projects in the Mineral sector that also encompasses a multi-cultural workforce with the use of International Subcontractors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction management principles and practices. Must possess an in depth knowledge of the Engineering and
- Design process as well as extensive experience in construction methods.
- Requires multitasking capabilities (project engineering, scheduling, budgeting, etc.)
- Willing to work extended hours to meet with Project deadlines.
- Ability to supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and distribute a description and timeline of the project; calculates time frames and sequences the stages of the project.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status.
- Prepare report review of entire project for continuity and completeness daily, weekly, and/or monthly.
- Ensuring all procedures and documentation are submitted to the Client for review and approval in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with al project related personnel on day-to-day progress.
- Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management
- System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
QC ENGINEER E&I
East Java
Prepare and assist implementation of QA/QC (Electrical & Instrument) function, documents, and deliverables management, by providing support and execution to project and works within EPC department.
Requirements :
- Min.1 year previous experiences in Construction QA/QC execution which, with thorough comprehensive knowledge for QA/QC practice in construction and operation.
- Preferably having familiarity and experiences to QA/QC implementation upon oil and gas sector, marineconstruction and plant operation sector.
- Full comprehensive knowledge for Quality Management System, ISO 91 and implementation.
- Good knowledge in Quality Management Tools (e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard, etc.) anddisseminate through Project Quality Management System.
- Thorough understanding for Document Management System.
- Team workers and organizing people.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.
- Execute, guidelines and directive for QA/QC aspects in order to achieveits objective.
- Execute, monitor, improve QA/QC aspects.
- Establish and maintain eff ective work relationship within department,company, and community, with responsible attitude for every work assigned.

SITE ACCOUNTANT
East Java
Perform and responsible for Finance and Accounting function in order to produce timely and accurate financial information for project.
Requirements :
- Min. 3 years as Accountant.
- Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
- Willing to work extended hours to meet with report deadlines.
- Good computer skill, minimum Intermediate Level on Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with Accounting System
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate with all levels.
- Fluent in English, both and written is an advantage.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor day to day FNA operations for projects especially with respect to: Revenue estimates (including Production Data), Major Sutxontractor and Supplier Cost, A/R collection/status, Contingency Risks and Other costs.
- Invoicing management including variation claim monitoring, rise and fall billing, and ensuring all has claimed and submitted to Client as per contract terms, and monitor the cash payment receipt of invoices from Clients.
- Identify financial aspect in contractual clauses (e.g. financial implications of damages, billing, others related financial clauses) in the contract and provide new concept, approach or feedback.
- Monitor for completion of FNA requirements for new project account set up.
- Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome.
