Team Member Research & Business Development (Metallurgy)Overview
Develop plans for business and development strategy. Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies. Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development. Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Fresh Grad or max. 5 years experience in the field of Mining Consultant or relatated field.
- Min. Master Degree in Metalurgy/Mining/Minerals.
- GPA min. 3.00.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin able to use it as a working language due to the nature of this role.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, active thinking, strong learning and adaptation abilities.
- Experience with handling end-to-end business expansion.
- Wiling to traveled all around Indonesia.
- Develop plans for business and development strategy.
- Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies.
- Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development.
- Educate, lead & supervise members of the business dev team to ensure the project's achievements.
- Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities.
- Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors.
- Suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle business deals operations and activities.
- Oversee the implementation of different contracts.
- Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Create and present a detailed report for upper management.
