Posisi dan Kualifikasi
PT. Indika Indonesia Resources (member of Indika Energy Group) is looking for qualified and passionate candidates to fill positions:HC Operation & HRIS Specialist
Job Responsibility:
1. Responsible for all recruitment process and onboarding new employee until end probation evaluation
2. Maintain training operation (training calendar, vendor selection, register form and administration, documentation and evaluation, and others operational training)
3. Record and update organization and employee data on HRIS system (employee Data, organization data, career history) and all module in HRIS (payroll, recruitment, training, performance, talent management etc)
4. Employee relation (sport and recreation, outing, uniform, handle employee complain, HC policy socialization, employee satisfaction survey)
5. Third party contract related GA and ICT
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree From Human Resource Management/Psychology/Law
2. At least 4 years experience in Human Capital function
3. Experience in HC Generalist, including recruitment, training and development, organization design, HRIS and employee relation
4. Strong organization, communication, and project management skills
5. Placement : HO Jakarta
6. Willing to travel for business
