Izin konstruksi & produksi CPM disetujui pada November 2017 dengan masa konstruksi 3 tahun dan masa produksi 30 tahun (hingga 2050).

Sr. Drill & Blast Engineera. Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering
b. Have at least 3 (three) years of work experience as a Drill & Blast Engineer
c. Have POP Certificate
d. Have Class 2 Blaster Course Certificate
Sr. Production & Cost
Engineer
a. Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering
b. Have experience as Production & Cost engineer minimum 3 (three) years
c. Have POP Certificate
Supervisor Drill & Blast
a. Minimum education SMA/SMK
b. Have experience in Drill & Blast Field minimum 5 (five) years
c. Have POP Certificate
d. Possess Explosion Permit Card (KIM)
e. Have Class 2 Blaster Course Certification
Mine Plan Engineer
a. Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering
b. Have experience as a Mine Plan Engineer, minimum of 3 (three) years
c. Able to Operate Mining Software
d. Have POP certificate
