Posisi dan Kualifikasi

Superintendent - Accounting

Job Description
Manage the accounting cycle, including the collection, processing and reporting of financial data.

Ensure the integrity of the company's financial data.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Coordinate with other teams to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial reports.

Perform financial analysis and provide relevant financial reports.

Lead the accounting team and provide direction to team members.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with experience in the mining industry a plus.

Have a strong understanding of applicable accounting standards in Indonesia.

Good analytical skills and expertise in the use of accounting software.

Good leadership skills and ability to work in a team.

Possess Accounting certification (e.g. CPA or CA) is a plus.

Superintendent - Tax
Job Description
Plan and supervise the company's taxation activities.

Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Prepare and submit timely and accurate tax reports.

Ensure the availability and completeness of taxation documents and records.

Analyze the tax implications of the company's business activities.

Coordinate with external auditors and relevant tax authorities.

Oversee and coordinate tax reporting and payments.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in taxation, with experience in the mining industry a plus.

Have in-depth knowledge of tax regulations in Indonesia.

Possess Brevet certification, minimum Brevet B.

Good analytical skills and understanding of tax calculations.

Ability to manage a team and lead tax projects.

Expertise in using tax software and data management.

Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Epicor, or similar software.

Manager - Finance & Accounting

Job Description
a)     Oversee and manage all financial and accounting functions of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

b)    Develop and prepare budgets with management to control expenses and ensure optimal cash management.

c)     Develop, implement, and manage financial policies, processes, and internal controls across the organization to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

d)    Analyze and interpret complex financial data to provide insights to management and make informed business decisions.

e)     Lead the finance team, ensuring high-quality work, effective communication, and adherence to deadlines.

f)     Forecast revenue and expenses, identify opportunities and risks, and recommend strategies to optimize financial performance.

g)    Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements and reports to provide recommendations to management.

h)    Maintain accounting records, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

a.     Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

b.     Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and accounting management, with demonstrated success in leading, managing, and developing teams.

c.     Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and forecasting.

d.     Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

e.     Proficiency in ERP software

f.      Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

g.     Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively.

h.     Previous experience in a similar position in a mid-sized to large organization is desirable.

i.         Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus

Supervisor - Supply Chain Planner

Job Description
Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure that raw materials and finished goods are available when needed

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure that products are transported efficiently and on time

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure that the organization receives the best possible prices and terms

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that supply chain activities are aligned with company goals and objectives

Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain planning or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices

Superintendent Warehouse
Job Description
Supervise and lead a team of warehouse workers, providing guidance and support as needed

Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures

Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all stock is accurately accounted for and that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner

Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all warehouse staff are properly trained and that they understand their roles and responsibilities

Monitor and enforce safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to ensure that all equipment is in good working order and that the facility is clean and well-maintained

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all warehouse-related activities are aligned with company goals and objectives

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a must.

At least 5 years of working experience in logistics and warehouse management, especially in the mining industry.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, storage processes, and freight forwarding.

Ability to supervise and manage warehouse staff well.

Expertise in the use of warehouse management systems.

Good analytical skills to interpret inventory data and identify areas of improvement.

Corporate Social Responsibility – Superintendent
Job Description
·       Develop and implement external relations and corporate social responsibility strategies that align with the company's goals and values.

·       Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, NGOs, and media outlets.

·       Manage community development programs, social and environmental impact assessments, and other sustainability initiatives.

·       Monitor and report on social and environmental performance, including compliance with local regulations and international standards.

·       Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as operations, legal, and finance to ensure that sustainability considerations are integrated into all business activities.

·       Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics for sustainability initiatives.

·       Ensure that the company's external communications are aligned with its sustainability goals and values.

·       Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and other external forums.

Bachelor's degree in any field of study.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar role within the mining, EPC industry, and/or plantation industry with a strong track record of developing and executing successful external relations and corporate social responsibility strategies.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulatory environment and cultural norms related to the mining, EPC and/or plantation industry.

Prior working experience in Sumatra Island is a plus point.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, NGOs, and media outlets.

Experience managing community development programs, social and environmental impact assessments, and other sustainability initiatives within the mining and/or EPC industry.
