DOCUMENT CONTROLLERSouth Sulawesi
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the implementation of document control to ensure all documents circulations are conform to company's procedures.
- Prepare and maintain all documents/drawings in the Quality Document
- Management System in order to ensure all Engineering documentations are well managed.
- Proficiently operate at least one of common civil structure software
- Conduct physical distribution of and receipt of transmittals to ensure all dcxuments are distributed in timely manner.
- Maintain and actively implement programs and (involve identify, mitigate and monitor risk), including Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the Responsibility meet the intended outcome.
- Min. 3 years experiences as document controller. Able to used computer program : Excel, Xpress, SAP Success Factor, HCSS, HEXAGON and good in EDMS
- Willing to work on flexible hours to accommodate job requirements
- Detail oriented
- Has an experience in EPC project
- Good reporting and presentation skill communication and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
