BUSINESS ANALYST & STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT MANAGERREQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree of Economics, Financial Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or
Law with min GPA of 3.00
Min. 5 years of experience in Research Analyst (insurance/financial industry)
Strong analytical mindset with excellent critical thinking and data analytic skills
High level of curiosity and proactively searching for potential loopholes
RESPONSIBILITIES
Company budgeting & financial forecasting
Provide business insight: ceding financial, peer & industry analysis
Ensure company rating within the standard
Company business plan reporting
RISK MANAGEMENT & COMPLIANCE ASSISTANCE MANAGER
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree of Economics, Financial Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or
Law with min GPA of 3.00
Min. 5 years of experience in Risk Management (insurance industry)
Strong analytical mindset with excellent critical thinking and data analytic skills
High level of curiosity and proactively searching for potential loopholes
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure company end-to-end risk management implementation
Conduct Risk Control Self-assessment
Examine & improve the risk control mechanism
Risk management regulatory reporting
Develop a company risk culture & awareness program
Coordinate with the risk monitoring committee
Provide legal services to the business team, agreement drafting, reviewing license,
intellectual company rights, and other legal documents.
Responsible for the regulator & compliance updates
COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree of Business Law with min GPA of 3.00
Min. 3 years of experience in Compliance (insurance industry)
In-depth knowledge of the industry standards, regulations related, and insurance reporting
Able to operate MS Office
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide legal services to the business team, agreement drafting, agreement reviewing, documentation and administration license, intellectual company rights,
and other legal documents.
Drafting legal opinions on legal issues within the company related to business agreements
Provide compliance assessments
Responsible for the regulator & compliance updates
