REGULATION & PERMITTING SUPPORT ENGINEEROverview
This Role is taking responsibility to assist Sr. Long Term Plan Engineer in ensuring mandatory regulation and evaluate regularly, extracting mandatory regulations and socializing it to related functions, also create and ensuring regular reports are reported correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of annual budget and create purchase requisition to support KTT and VWKTT activities.
- ldentify. summarize, and review government regulations and implement it to company business process also communicated it to impacted departments.
- Disseminate summary of regulations to related business processes on a regular basis.
- Prepare various reporting requirements site wide level (including RKAB, ESDM).
- To champion SMKP implementation and assist departments were required.
- Provide implementation integrated management system at company
- Assisting with document management on a site wide level.
- Communicate with other departments for regulations applicability and implementation and data collecting for reports.
- Attending meetings onsite and offsite with EsDM and other government agencies.
- Provide input to superiors regarding budget, costs, evaluation, and dissemination of regulations related to Wetar Copper Mine business process.
- Provide and monitoring implementation Contractor Safety Management System at company.
- Ensuring provision of HSE equipment including PPE, first aid kits, and all incidents and near misses reported and properly documented.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Environmental Engineer or any related major.
- Hold: POP Certificate, SMKP Certificate, and other relevant certificates.,
- Have min. 4 years of work experience in similar positions from reputed mining company.
- Experienced in preparing report for ESDM and RKAB documentation, and management system.
- Detailed knowledge in regulations, SMKP, Integrated Management System and Environmental management.
- Good reporting and presentation skills. Able to do with neat and orderlų, full of details (informative) yet understandable.
- Well communicate in English, both verbal and written
- Willing to be placed in Wetar, Maluku with roster 4 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to PoH).
