Sales Engineer

Job Description:

Plans sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region.
Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning.
Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders.
Spots opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions.
Prepares customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network.
Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal management / other involved professionals and management.
Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects or services programs.
Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
Contributes to the development of After-Market business in the region.
May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.

Min.5 years experience in sales for LV/MV product
Bachelor degree from electrical, mechatronic engineering background
English and bahasa indonesia proficiencies
preferably stay in Makassar and or willing to be relocate to Makassar
Strong network in East Indonesia market
Good in communication and presentation skills
computer literate

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will be responsible for contract drafting, WBS, and SO creation
You will create billing of contracts and non-contract order (Invoice, Tax Invoice and Supporting Docs).
You will be responsible for data Hygiene and monitoring the service contracts (Labor, Comprehensive and Ext Warranty).
You will be responsible for monitoring, collecting, follow up outstanding receivables, and tax slip to the customer.
You will be responsible for Order Entry, OCC reports, Unbilled Cost, GR IR Monitoring.
You will be responsible to ensure a smooth monthly closing: JV adjustment issuance, COPA adjustment, PAPCA Diff checking, E2C and I3 reporting)
