Archi owns 100% of the Toka Tindung Gold Mine, a pure-play gold mine located approximately 35km Northeast of Manado, the regional capital of North Sulawesi, Indonesia, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries – PT Meares Soputan Mining (“MSM”) and PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (“TTN”), which both are the Contract of Works (“CoW”) concession holders.

Archi has a long and proud history in carrying out exploration, discovery, development and operational activities. Since its establishment in 2009 and first gold poured in 2011, Archi through its Toka Tindung Gold Mine, has been able to produce approximately 1.9 million ounces of gold up to 2020, supported with a 3.6 Mtpa of processing plant capacity. This has been done through various cost efficiency initiatives and sustainable operational activities standard.

Posisi dan Kualifikasi

NATIONAL GOVERNMENT RELATION AND REPORTING SPECIALIST
Location:  Toka Tindung Site

Duties

  • Supports, assists and handles the permit process for the company including regulatory permits required by the company and regulation;
  • Ensures that the operation has the valid / updated permit and licences required by regulations and/or stakeholders and that the company implements the Good Mining Practice within its mining operational activities;
  • Communicates the requirements for permit and licences to Compliance and OSF team or any parties involved to ensure the fulfilment of requirements;
  • Maintains good communication including regular reports, permit/licences application, email, notification and all other forms of communication with related stakeholders;
  • Reviews and updates all reports prepared by related departments before sending them to related offices;
  • Liaises with related departments to make sure of the technical data for FS, RKAB, Addendum to Amdal, UKL/UPL, RR, RT, Permits, etc.;
  • Liaises and communicates with related offices especially on mining technical affairs, environment and forestry regarding FS, RKAB, AMDAL, RR, RPT, RE disturb, PPKH, DAS Rehab, and Permits related to operations;
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
  • University graduate majoring in Mining/Exploration/Forestry is preferred;
  • Pro-active and self-driven; and excelled in communication in Bahasa & English, both verbal and written.
  • Min. has 3 years experience in mineral extractive industry and min. 3 years in permitting & licencing area;
  • Proven experience and strong ability as a Liaison Officer;
  • Comprehends the regulations related to mining industry will be an advantage;
  • Excelled in Ms. Office and computer operation;
  • Willing to work at the mining site as necessary;
  • Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

MINE DEWATERING MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Location:  Toka Tindung Site

Duties
  • Coordinate with the Senior Supervisor and Superintendents on maintenance goals and priorities;
  • Coordinate with maintenance planner and warehousing to ensure that all necessary parts, tools, and equipment are available to complete work assignments efficiently;
  • Interface with various equipment manufacturers’ representatives;
  • Investigate, analyse, and supervise the documentation of accidents, injuries, and equipment damage and recommend prevention strategies as necessary;
  • Supervises day to day activities of maintenance program staff;
  • Assigns specific duties; coordinates work activities involving various crafts and trades;
  • Evaluates employee performance; organizes orientation and training of new employees; maintains good records and reports;
  • Participates in planning and budgeting activities; collaboratively works with other Maintenance Supervisor(s) to ensure resources are properly allocated;
  • Makes recommendations as to repairs and replacement of various items;
  • Effectively uses CMMS to track work; in collaboration with other programs determine priority of work to be performed;
  • Assists in the development of reliability-based maintenance strategies based on preventive and predictive maintenance best practices;
  • Perform other duties as requested by superior.
Requirements
  • Graduated from Diploma majoring in Mechanical (Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering is preferred);
  • Has minimum 3 to 6 years and considerable knowledge of principles and practices related to supervision, safety, workshop management, work measures, and predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in rotating equipment (pump, generator, electric motor, etc), dewatering experience will be an advantage;
  • Advance computer skills and fluent in all the main Microsoft Office and also familiar with SAP system is preferred;
  • Excellent in planning, organizing and prioritizing work for maintenance activities;
  • POP certified is preferred;
  • Has Indonesian drivers license (SIM A);
  • Excellent in English both speaking & writing;
  • Able to work varying shifts and weekends, as needed;
  • Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

EMPLOYEE RELATION SUPERINTENDENT
Location:  Toka Tindung Site

Duties
  • Provide first point of contact advice on the interpretation of awards and legislation and the application of Employee instruments escalating requests;
  • Undertake research (legislation, Employee instruments, Employee bulletins, media, and internet) to provide information on current Employee issues for use by the Unit;
  • Support the development of dispute resolution strategies;
  • Monitor organizational change processes and provide proactive advice to Managers and Employees to mitigate the risk of Employee disputes and ensure compliance with organizational policies;
  • Prepare documentation relating to employee relations;
  • Assist HRBP in advocacy and negotiations with unions and other external bodies;
  • Support HRBP in the provision of Employee Relations training for managers and employees, as required;
  • Provide written and verbal advice on general Employee matters within Management and within government;
  • Work with the representative union and management in managing conflict between parties and employees;
  • Negotiate collective bargaining agreements with the representative union and management;
  • Assist in the organization and induction of New Employee on the Code of Conduct, HC and IR protocols and operating procedures during orientation;
  • Process the Exit Interviews;
  • Any other duties as may be assigned;
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Law Major or other related background;
  • Minimum 10 years’ prior experience in an Employee Relations role;
  • Excellent knowledge in Indonesian Man Power Regulation and Law;
  • Certified Employee Relation Practitioner/HR BNSP is preferred;
  • Previous experience working in Mining Industry is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication skill, fluent in English is an advantage;
  • Excellent in using Ms. Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
  • Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
