Production Supervisor- Supervise the entire production process at the factory.
- Implement company regulations, control and evaluate the QMS (SO 9001:2015), EHS (ISO 14001:2017 & & 1SO 45001:2018), CPPKRTB System, CPKB System, Halal Assurance System.
- Manage improvement projects to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the company.
- Review operational processes and routine monitoring.
Production Leader
- Lead a team in one production ine to meet production targets.
- Provide regular production progress reports to the supervisor.
Production Technician
- Identify abnormalities/potential issues in manufacturing equipment.
- Execute autonomous and preventive maintenance.
Requirements:
- Candidate must own at least Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, Mechatronic or Electromechanical) with minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
- At least 5 years of working experience in FMCG for Supervisor position. For other positions, at least 1 year of working experience, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work in shifts and be placed at Cakung, East Jakarta and Karawang, West Java.
