Posisi dan Kualifkasi

Officer ICT
In this role, you will:

Provide outstanding service management to internal customers through the provision of up to date technical expertise by ensuring the windows operating environment and related hardware and software is performing in accordance with Thiess standards and meets clients' expectations
Coordinate with the Radio & Instrumentation department to ensure the equipment maintenance both unscheduled and scheduled,
Monitor and report of all activities, coordinating personnel and parts.
About you

Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines;
A minimum of 5 years experiences in similar role in the large mining or construction industry; broad based electronics knowledge and wireless data equipment; IT and computer literacy;
Excellent communication, written - verbal in English; honest, hardworking, able to work under pressure and lead the team.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring and negotiation/mediation; good analytical; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills;

Supervisor Mining
In this role, you will:

Coordinate all Leading Hand Operators and employees Mining Crew in the workplace of the removal of overburden / interburden in a safe, effective manner on time and within budget
Achieve daily targets of machine utilization and ensure that crews are achieving productivity target for their area
Discuss and assist senior supervisor for the issue from previous shift and to plan next shift
Ensure all personnel are delivered to their workplace on time
Do a pre shift inspection of the mining and dumping areas
Do a weekly walk around inspection of the designated area of responsibility
About you
Minimum Senior High School grade same experience with minimum 5 years in nickel mining heavy industries
Understand with the current mine plan and future deployment of equipment within area of responsibility
Able to operate mining equipments
You should be able to work under deadlines, be fast paced and mobile, have strong motivation, organize and provide direction to employees, have effective communication, good team work and leadership skill.
Certified in POP

Supervisor HR&GA
About the role
The Supervisor HR&GA will be responsible for:

Implement corporate HR policies and procedure in line with organization procedures.
Be responsible for human resource management activities.
Provide reports regarding Human resource activities
Manage recruitment activities
Provide consultation and advice to all line management with respect to Human Resource and Industrial Relation matters
Ensure that the activities camp management, facilities and transportation management run well.
About you
What skills and experience do you need:

University degree in Management, law, economic, business or psychology, with min 8 years working experience in similar position.
Experience in reporting and HRIS
Ability to communicate in English in verbal and written
Ability to operate computer
Strong customer focus

Officer HR
In this role, you will:

To assist Supervisor HR to plan, lead, organize and control the recruitment
Ensure HRIS data and site payroll obtain all relevant records/information
Assist site recruitment staff and non-staff, including posting vacancies and fielding employee questions
Assist Superintendent HR with managing time frame of recruitment process
Keeping abreast of employee – Industrial Laws, Legislation, Rules, Regulations and case decisions
About you
Minimum Diploma Degree with 3 years experience in HR field preferably from mining industry.
Experience in dealing with Manpower Department
Good computer system knowledge (MS Office)
Good communication in English (written and verbal)

Coordinator OHS
In this role, you will:

Lead, maintain and drive in implementation of TCI Quality, Health & Safety corporate Policy and Procedure, Safety Management Plan into workplace
Providing advice and assistance to the Project Management, Management Team and employees in implementing of Quality, Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
Lead and drive to achieve the agreed QHS objectives, QHS annual plan and KPI target.
Proactive to demonstrate in promoting, campaign Safety Culture, advising and feedback on improving Safety behavior

About you
Graduate in university, diploma or S1 degree, preferable in OHS or engineering degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in OHSQ Roles
Good knowledge in related to HSEQ theory and practical, familiar with and have good understanding on OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001-2018 Implementation SMKP,Auditor SMKP and ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2007
Proficient in computer literacy, English Language, Government regulation relates Health & Safety and their implementation
