PT Batutua Kharisma Permai (BKP) dan PT Batutua Tembaga Raya (BT) yang mengoperasikan Tambang Tembaga Wetar di Pulau Wetar. Maluku. dan PT Puncak Emas Tani Sejahtera (PETS) yang saat ini melakukan eksplorasi di Gorontalo,Posisi dan Kualifikasi
MINE PRODUCTION ENGINEEROverview:
This role will report directly to Technical Expert Development Consultant, with the main duty on taking responsibility to setup all reporting precision and on time, analyse all production data to get the right improvement and coaching graduate engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control mining production on an hourly basis including loading/unloading point to ensure a smooth day to day operation.
- Liaise with other technical team: Survey, Geologu, Geotechnical and Drill-Blast.
- Coordinate with base control for an accurate production data.
- Liaise with other department related to operational, maintenance for real time breakdown hours and unit status.
- Review Planning vs actual (PDCA) to achieve the production goals and comply with the planning.
- Production monitoring and review. Liaise with Production and Operational Teams to get productive, eftective and yet safety in Operations.
- End month work: monthly reconciliations, progress claim, reporting, etc.
- Ensure with Production Analyst to manage database recording.
- Ensure the progress recording. reporting and analysis is well executed.
- Assist with QA QC on production reporting.
- Assist with Environmental/ external department to prepare RKAB, quarterly report, reclamation plan, and such a reporting document submission to Government.
- Identify and recommend areas ror improvement.
- Taken role as back-to-back with Superintendent
- Work with Fleet management vendors to get all reporting.
- Coaching and mentoring all sub-ordinate.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Mine Engineering or other relevant Engineering.
- Have min. 5 years experience within the required scope of work.
- Hold a valid POP certificate and class A driving license.
- Well communicate in english, both oral and written (will be validated through interview).
- Strong point on applying mine software, Ms. Excel, business improvement, leadership, reporting and presentation skills.
- Willing to be placed in Wetar, Maluku with roster 4 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accomodated to PoH).
