PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MCG) adalah perusahaan induk dari pT Merdeka Mining Servis (MMS) yang merupakan perusahaan jasa pertamabangan; PT  Bumi Suksesindo (BSI) yang mengoperasikan Tambang  Tujuh Bukit di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. PT Batutua  Kharisma Permai (BKP) dan PT Batutua Tembaga Raya  (BT) yang mengoperasikan Tambang Tembaga Wetar di  Pulau Wetar. Maluku. dan PT Puncak Emas Tani Sejahtera  (PETS) yang saat ini melakukan eksplorasi di Gorontalo,

Posisi dan Kualifikasi



This role is responsible to coordinate regarding the implementation and maintenance finance account
payable system. He/She will ensuring thwe adherence to the BTR-BKP Integrated Management System.
He/She is also expected to advise Management preventing the significant nonconforming work being carried out

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and support to the Commercial & Finance Manager Interact with other Managers and
  • Engineers to implement and coordinate the Finance Account Payable System.
  • Manage the Finance and Accounting function for prepare Financial Report in accurate and be on time.
  • Responsible for monthly and end and year closing: check Journal entries, review general ledger, monthly accrual, revaluation, GL adjustment, intercompany reconciliations.
  • Fixed Asset /Inventory depreciation and amortization of prepaid accounts.
  • Responsible to prepare and analyzed Finance report (Balance sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow),
  • Prepare reconciliation of statements and accounts to system sub-ledger accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare and review various financial reports requested by Senior Management.
  • Prepare and analysis annual budgets for all departments.
  • Review, analysis and monitored accounts receivable and accounts payable (AP/AR)
  • Review subcontractor / supplier quality systems
  • Audit subcontractors as necessary.
  • Implement the project document control procedures.
  • Control of non-conforming product, procedures and practices.
  • Any other duties as may be required by the Company.


  • Bachelor degree in Legal, Economics, Finance or Accounting with specialisation in Indonesian tax legislation
  • Have min. 10 years experience as Senior Tax Advisory role either in a multi-national corporate environment or within a professional accounting practice with responsibility for multi-national corporate clients.
  • Have operational experience in the application of quality management principles in Mining or other industries.
  • Strong leadership, highly developed negotiation skills and ability to create financial modelling.
  • Ability to clearly present, both orally and in writing, to senior management outlining tax issues and recommendations in a clear and easily understood manner
  • Well communicate in english, both oral and written.
  • Willing to be placed in Wetar, Maluku with roster 4 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accomodated to PoH).
