Supervisor- QAQC Earthwork, Civil, Structural, PlateworksResponsibility
- FollowS procedures and guidelines to provide the best quality assurance/ quality control to the project with respect to specification of contract and proper documentation requirements.
- ReviewS all aspects of quality control with the design engineers and ensures projects are set up for success to meet quality in line with scope.
- Establishes and monitors quality control programs for earthworks, concrete, steelworks, and other activities suitable for the project.
- Checks suitability of supplied materials and prefabricated materials in conformity with the submitted mill certicates and specific tests conducted on the materials
- Monitors all field tests for compliance with the technical specifications.
- Checks completed portions of the project by taking into account deviations from vertical and horizontal tolerances, settlements, cracks and other defects.
- Keeps an update of the Contractor's compliance for repairs within the stipulated defects liability period.
- Verifies that any non-conforming and/or suspected non-conforming work and related resolutions of non conforming work are documented.
- Minimum Bachelor in Civil /Structural Engineering or related disciplines.
- Have extensive experience on similar role in earthwork, civil engineering, structural engineering, fabrication/ platework projects (5 years).
- Ability to check and inspect the quality of welding (preferred with welding inspection certificate.
- This position is contract based on the project.
- This position works on a site with a roster system.

Responsibility
- To lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule.
- To plan the manpower deployment, require for the site works.
- To ensure that construction projects are completed as per approved drawings within the required deadline and allocated budget.
- To ensure eficient utilization of manpower, raw materials, and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites.
- To oversee the works and resolve any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites.
- To report to project team on work progress at constructiorn sites.
- To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and EHS expectation.
- Minimum Bachelor in Civil /Structural Engineering or related disciplines.
- Have extensive experience on similar role in structural engineering, fabrication/platework projects (5 years).
- Have extensive experience in developing schematics for structures in accordance with dient specifications and safety standards.
- Project development and leadership skills are essential.
- Have experience with software engineering, customer experience and design architecture.
- Advanced understanding of build materials, techniques and processes.
- Ability to check and inspect the quality of welding (preferred with welding inspection certificate.
- This positfon is contract based on the project.
- This position works on a site with a roster system.
