Human Capital Manager
Job Description
- Monitoring and supervising all personnel activities such as remuneration & career planning. coordinating and facilitating the fulfillment of MPP, conducting training, accommodating employee complaints, etc.
- Implement, facilitate and supervise the implementation of policies relating to human resource issues.
- Supervise the implementation of the selection, interview, orientation and placement processes in order to get the best employee candidates.
- Build a conducive corporate culture and develop strategies to deal with change in order to optimize employee productivity.
- Min. bachelor degree majoring in Law/Psychology/HR Management.
- Min.5-7 years in the same position.
- Have the skills to establish business cooperation, both with colleagues in the organization (internal) and business partners (external) to support the organization's business strategy.
- Ability to use computers & office applications.
- English ability.
- Expertise in the field (functions in the field of HCCs)
- Ability to master the Labor Law.
- Ability to master knowledge of Industrial Relations
