Job Description
We are looking for a Project Database & Geomodelling Specialist who will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive database of geological and mining data, creating accurate and up-to-date 3D geological models, and supporting the company's exploration and production activities. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including geologists, mining engineers, and GIS professionals, to ensure that our geological data is of the highest quality and accuracy.
Reqruirement
- Minimun Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geophysics, Mining Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in database management and 3D modelling in the gold mining industry.
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard software and tools for geological data management and modelling.
- Able to perform QAQC analysis of assay samples and drilling data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Domicile in Jabodetabek (Preferably).
2. Senior Field Assistant Geologist
Job Description
- Conduct geological fieldwork including mapping, sampling, drilling and logging.
- Assist in the planning and execution of exploration programs.
- Supervise drilling activities at the drilling site as well as core shed activities
- Analyze geological data and provide interpretation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all exploration activities.
- Support the implementation of health and safety procedures on site.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Geology.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role in gold mining exploration.
- Strong understanding of geology and exploration techniques.
- Experience in mapping and fieldwork.
- Experience supervising drilling activities at the drill site and core shed activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Domicile in Jabodetabek (Preferably).
Job Description
Conducting exploration programs and assisting geological data processing to run smoothly, such as creating geological map, quick logging & detail logging of drilling activities, mapping the distribution of lithology, alteration, mineralization & grades of Au, Ag, Cu, etc. obtained from sampling activities.
Reqruirement
- Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering
- Minimum in 1 years work experiences in mining industry (especially in greenfields/ brownfield exploration phase) however Fresh Graduate with internship experience are welcome to apply!
- Good computer skills with advance use of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), and Familiar with Geology software (Arcgis, Micromine, etc)
- Having a good knowledge in geological mapping, alteration & mineralization process
- Having a good knowledge in drilling activities (logging, sampling, geological section, quality assurance & quality control, data reporting)
- Having a good leadership, problem solving, team building, interpersonal and improvement skill
- Domicile inJabodetabek (Preferably)
Supervisor - Human Resources & General Affairs
Job Description
- Develop and implement organization development programs and initiatives.
- Analyze and assess the company's benefits program for competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees to improve workplace relations.
- Analyze and oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and administration.
- Manage the HR budget for the site and ensure that expenditures are within budgeted limits.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR and General Affairs.
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping, and grievances.
- Monitor employee performance and recommend training and development as necessary.
- Lead and manage HR and General Affairs team members.
Reqruirement
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Economic, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management or related field, with experience in handling compensation and benefits, as well as organizational development and benefit analysis.
- Experience working in the mining and/or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willing to be placed and or assigned in all working areas of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk & Group.
