Posisi dan Kualifikasi
JUNIOR STAFF LOGISTIC & TRANSPORTQUALIFICATION:
1. Male/Female max 30 years old
2. D3/S1 Degree in any majors
3.1 years experience is preferred, especially in Heavy Equipment field
4. Have good contacts with vendo, both land based and marine
5. Knowledge in import, export and logistic
6. Able to work under pressure, willing to work overtime and on call
7. Based in West Jakarta
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Assisting the Logistic and Transport Manager in his/her duties
2. Analysing the transport requirement of the company's asset which consist of heavy equipment and recommend the most efficient and effective cost solution
3. Liasing with external transport suppliers/vendor in finding their availability. negotiating, issuing Purchase Orders and monitoring the progress, both land and marine based vendors
4. Participate in operational management processes, such as selection, qualification, and performance evaluation of the selected vendors.
5. Liasing with internal transport & logistic department in organising and arranging Company's internal mode of transport
6. Monitor the progress of Logistic Operation and provide troubleshooting
7. Admin work in line of the Company's accounting procedure
