About the role
In this role, you will:
Prepare and evaluate all issues relating to the Performance of Project
Administer the contract
Create 12-Month budgets and revised 12-Month budgets on quarterly period.
Prepare, evaluate, and manage Forecasting package
Update budgets and forecasts in JDE based on credible and substantiated analysis
Maintain an awareness of the financial status of the project to ensure that costs are maintained, and profits achieved
Provide an accurate & timely forecast costs at completion & analysis to ensure timely identification of variations in actual vs financial year budget
Manage and monitor the implementation of Project Improvement Strategies/IN16, and monitor the readiness of mid-month and end of month review.
Implement and maintain cost control systems to allow accurate and timely financial reporting for the mining project.
Evaluate and monitoring daily and weekly cost report
Evaluate and monitoring Projects Monthly Production Performance.
Prepare and evaluate JDE Financial Reports (EIS).
Prepare, evaluate, and manage Forecasting include monthly JDE Flexi
Evaluate, record, collate and prepare all aspects of changes in scope of the work and the financial impact onto established budgets and targets.
About you
Bachelor's degree in civil, Mining or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
A minimum of 10 years' experience in a mining project role
Previous experience at a mine site
Experience in quantity and financial modelling appropriate to task requirements
Good English communication skill – written & verbal
Financial modelling appropriate to the tasks undertaken for the work
Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time

About the role
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for daily operational of Finance & Accounting related to end to end Invoicing to Receipt Process, GL Reconciliation,
Monthly Financial Reporting Deliverables, Document control, Journal & Accrual, JDE processing, and Other financial and administration function associated with Finance in Jakarta
Processing Finance documentation records and management unit file system.
End to end Invoicing to Receipt Process includes actively maintain correspondence with commercial team, projects and clients.
GL Reconciliation
Monthly Financial Reporting Deliverables
Document control.
Journal & Accrual, JDE processing
Assist with Ad hoc reporting associated with Finance in Jakarta
About you
Bachelor degree in Accounting
Entry level with 1-2 years experienced or Fresh Graduated are welcome
Have team work and communication skills
Analytical capabilities, good in English, Advance user Ms Office

About the role
In this role, you will:
Upgrade, determine, document and coordinate implementation of Network Policy and standards with the express purpose of providing the business with an exceptional communications environment.
Plan/ Upgrade and administer core network architecture to ensure maximum network efficiency.
Ensure all systems and network services are available when required by the business and are performing as expected
Provide technical advice and support to internal/external staff when required
Provide information relating to customers' network or FMS hardware related purchasing decisions.
Ensure effective design and implementation of consistent and reliable network solutions
Oversee day to day administration of Thiess Network and associated hardware
Maintain security systems to ensure that data security is maximized
Monitor the systems to identify potential issues and forecast future requirements
Plan Installation and maintenance of hardware and software
Secure all hardware and software required for network solutions or supervise network engineer tasked with securing all Hardware and Software
Plan out network installation and or/ upgrade project, assign milestone tasks to support personnel and meet company deadlines for full implementation, including network and end user security
About you
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Advanced Cisco certifications required. Additional Network certification e.g., Brocade, Juniper
Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in enterprise IT network systems
Experience in leadership/ supervisory role
Demonstrated experience in working with cloud applications
Five (5) years’ experience working with Cisco technologies including routers, switches, firewalls, and VoIP
Experience with writing design, project documentation and process documentation
Experience working within environments that encompass enterprise level network technologies such as disaster recovery and high availability networks, spanning tree, VoIP, content switching and Cloud design.
Experience of working within a complex ICT server environment at a network level
Comprehensive understanding of IP and associated protocols (e.g. TCP, UDP, RTP etc.)
Comprehensive understanding of VPN technologies (in both MPLS and Internet contexts)
