Posisi dan Kualifikasi
WE ARE HIRINGASSEMBLY PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
PT Tokai Rika Indonesia is a Japanese (foreign owned) company located in Cikarang, Bekasi - West Java.
We are looking for candidates who are energetic, highly motivated, and broad-minded in improvement of digital transformation & carbon neutral. We currently require the following position:
Requirement
- Male
- D3/SI with any major from reputable university
- Minimum 30 years-old
- Understand and able to implement the Toyota Production System (TPS)
- At least 3 years working experience in the related field (Assembly)
- Able to speak English or Japanese is prererable
- Able to make manpower plan and production management
- Able to manage the work of subordinates & the existence of manpower
- Supervise the work ot Subordinates in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Report abnormal occurrences to management (Bad News First)
- Able to find abnormal conditions and observe the work of subordinates
- Comply with the established process standards
- Be responsible for problems that occur
- Good communication, team work, highly motivated, and fast learner
- Computer literate for Microsoft Office
- Willing to be placed in Industrial Estate MM2100, Bekasi
