Assignment: Site Based
Job Requirements:
- Male
- Bachelor Degree in Laws/Psychology/Management.
- Min. 5 years of experiences in similar position in mining industries.
- Have knowledge about Recruitment, Payroll, Personnel Administration, Industrial Relation& Employee Services
- Extensive knowledge about Indo nesian labor laws, Tax, BPIS, and Health Insurance.
- Fast learner in understanding the duties and competenciles of different role.
- Able to mutitask and work under deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Have an understanding of occupational, safety, health and environ ment (K3LH) proced ures and can apply it at the workplace.
- Coordinating and arranging all human resource activities on site to support company operational.
- Monitor, Coordinate and evaluate the process of recruiting and selecting non staff candidates to meet manpower needs based on budget approved.
- Responsible to ensure all general affairs service are provided in accordance with com pany policy (Camp Facilities, Transportation & etc).
- Coordinating Payroll Activities for site project. (Responsible to calculate Salary, Tax, Overtime and allowance).
- Coordinating industrial relations tasks, including establishing good relations with (Muspida, Disnakertrans, Adat leaders &community social.
Quality, Safety, Health & Environment Superintendent (Code : SHS)
Assignment: Site Based
Job Responsibilities:
- Have an un derstanding of occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) proce dures and can apply it at the workplace.
- Responsible to provide strategic program of QSHE Program and res pon sible to evaluate the program
- Responsible to identify, set and supervise the QSHE compliance with the prevailing lawWs and regulation within mining operation.
- Monitor make strategic implementation of B3 Waste and Non B3 Waste management at site project area.
- Responsible to develop, arrangge, control & evaluate K3 System in Project Area
- Responsible to set target of Safety Accountability Program and also make sure that program running smoothly
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company
- Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model in safety, leadership and Comnpany Value.
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Any Major.
- Min. 7 years of experiences in similar position in Mining Industries.
- Have an "AK3 Umum Certification, POP, & POM" is an Advantage.
- Good Knowle dge about SMKP (Sistem Manaje men Keselamatan Pertambangan).
- Wlling to work with a roster system.
- Able to joint as soon as possible.
