- S1 Engineering/S2 Business Management
- Expertise in property project management
- Expertise in sales & marketing management
- Expertise in financial planning & analysis
- Having experience in property business sector
- Age max 45 years old
Construction Manager
Requirements
- S1 Civil Engineering
- Min. 5 years experience of handling construction project
- Advanced knowledge of civil engineering processes and methods
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standa rds
- Familiarity in valueengineering is a plus
- Having experience in high rise building
- Having experience in property business sector
- Age max 45 years old
