In 2012, Indika Energy acquired an indirect 85.0% equity interest in MUTU, a high-rank bituminous thermal and coking coal holding a third-generation CCoW based in Central Kalimantan, with a concession area of 24,970 hectares. Located approximately 30 km northeast of Ampah city and approximately 250 km north of Banjarmasin, MUTU has developed coal hauling roads with a capacity of 3.0 million tons per year and a barge port with a capacity of 5.0 million tons per year, while continuing to upgrade and expand its infrastructure to support future mining operations.
Posisi dan Kualifikasi
PT Multi Tambangjaya Utama (MUTU), a subsidiaries of PT. Indika Indonesia Resources (member of Indika Energy Group) located in Central Kalimantan, is looking for qualified and passionate candidates to fill positions:Engineering Department Head
Job Responsibility:
· Plans (short term and long term) and directs all aspects of engineering activities and projects
· Prepare Mine Scheduling and make sure production planning
· Ensure Engineering Management System process effectively
· Leading & coordination with Mining Contractor for daily mining activity at field
· Giving & guidance strategic improvement for operational activity
· Controlling Mining Process (Stripping & Coal Getting plan for a goal)
· Monitoring stripping & Supporting operational process
· Provide recommendation to management related to planning of production equipment in accordance with geological model
· Make a reporting data for superior about planning and production achievement
Job Requirement:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering
· Candidate have at least 10 Year(s) of working experience, preferably from Coal Mining Industry
· Able to operate mining software (Minescape, X-pac / Spry, Surpac, Minex, etc)
· Having POM Certificate
· Having CPI Perhapi/IAGI Certificate is a plus
· Able to lead a team to perform well
· Can work with own initiative and independent
· Strong planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills
· Resourceful, self-motivated, and result oriented
