PT. Doosan Heavy Industries Indonesia for Project PLTU Suralaya Jawa unit 9&10 CFSPP 2 x 100 MW currently we are looking for Electrical Commissioning.Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineer;
2. Having at least 6 years relevant experience in Powerplant/EPC/Construction (Experience working in Korean Company will be more advantage);
3. Fluent in English both for oral and written;
`4. Excellent using Ms. Office (Excel, word, powerpoint, CAD and etc) and others software related to electrical needs/drawing;
5. Experience to do overall Interlock/Intertrip between GIS. Powerplant, Interlock test between upstream & Downstream Feeder for Powerplant.
6. Willing to be placed in Site Office Suralaya (Cilegon-Banten) without rooster/rotation schedule and Contract Employee.
Job Description:
- Commissioning & maintenance of 500kv Generator Transformer, UAT, Generator control and protection panels;
- Testing, commissioning and maintenance of 500kV TR, GCB, IPB, 11kV Switchgear, LV switchgear, MCC, DC & UPS, Emergency Diesel Generator, Fault Monitoring System, Metering panel. etc;
- Primary injection test and stability test;
Testing including secondary injection, Commissioning, Operating and - Maintenance of Protection relay & Program, etc. (ABB, Siemens);
- Commissioning of fault monitoring system and protection relat communication Network System;
- ACB, VCB and GCB test (IR, Contact Resistance Test, Breaker open & Close Time, Secondary injection and primary injection test;
- Voltage transformer and current transformer test (IR, Ratio, Polarity, Burden & Saturation);
- Commissioning and maintenance of LV & MV Motors;
- Trouble shooting of all electrical equipments such as motors, breakers, generators and electrical circuits;
- Preparation of Electrical SAT Procedures and Commissioning procedures;
- Maintaining Test Report documents and submitting to clients.
