1. Mechanic Development Staff (MDS)
KUALIFIKASI:
- Pendidikan min. S1 jurusan teknik elektro, mesin dan sipil.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 - 2 tahun di bidang Maintenance Operation.
- Dapat membuat acuan kebutuhan kompetensi untuk mekanik, welder, machining dan logistik.
- Menyusun kurikulum & silabus untuk program development training.
- Memiliki analytical thinking dan kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik.
2. Operator Group Leader (OGL)
KUALIFIKASI:
- Pendidikan min. Sl jurusan teknik elektro, mesin dan sipil.
- Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun di bidang Maintenance Operation.
- Mampu mengoordinasikan utilisasi pemakaian alat berat.
- Mengontrol pemeliharaan selama dan setelah alat berat di operasikan.
- Memiliki analytical thinking dan kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik.
