Indonesia has many developing areas of oil palm and forestry plantations. These commodities are commodities that play a major role in meeting the needs of human life. In their industry, this commodity is by far the most efficient in meeting this need. Environmentally friendly agricultural approaches should be of particular concern to make this sector able to meet these needs while still paying attention to environmental sustainability. So that the way we meet today’s needs does not compromise the environment’s ability to support future needs. Seeing this issue, Pandawa Agri took steps to participate in providing environmentally friendly product solutions that can reduce the use of pesticides.
The Customer Success field plays an important role as the first person to introduce sustainable agricultural product solutions, bridge relationships with customers, and ensure products can be used optimally.
In achieving the mission of producing sustainable agricultural products, Field Customer Success will be part of the Customer Success team that helps business growth in developing sales & marketing strategies in the B2B Market for wider product adoption and impacts.
What will you do?
Giving product presentations, demonstration plots/trials, observations, and making reports
Planning and implementing an after-sales program
Make strategic planning for Sales & Marketing strategy on the B2B market to achieve annual sales targets.
Build and maintain a relationship with customers
What we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture field (preferably Agronomy/Plant Disease Pests)
Have good communication and presentation skills
Willing to be placed in the Kalimantan Timur/Kalimantan Utara
Have a strong research skill for doing field trials on the B2B market
Have an A-Driving lisecense is a must (SIM A)
Having sales/marketing experience will be preferred

In achieving its goals, currently Pandawa Agri continues to grow. In the process, communication and information become the main tools that support this development. There is a lot of information that we want to communicate both internally and externally regarding our company, our service, our product, our initiative, and others.
In conveying it, it is important to organize information to help deliver a message in the most impactful way possible. Ninety percent of the information transmitted to the human brain is visual, so businesses need a strong design in order to communicate their purpose.
Because of that, we need a Graphic Designer who will join the Creative Strategic Team and help create Attractive visuals, effective communication of ideas, higher visibility, and enhanced credibility to push traffic to our company and brand in order to realize sustainable agriculture. PAI’s believes visuals can help a lot when words don’t do the job and you will get an opportunity to work with cool people in a nice environment too.
What will you do?
Handle internal requests related to company goals, for example, content design, promotional materials design, etc.
With Creative Strategist team, will help create a design for our campaign and branding materials : both in offline and online platform to have a high-profile and high-quality design.

Menjalankan kontrol inventory dan distribusi saprodi untuk petani
Membuat forecasting saprodi Teknologi PPAI & Non PPAI, harvest dan operational budget

The WHY
Do you realize that you must pay higher for your food recently? Did you know the correlation between war, pandemics, and increasing food prices?
Pandemics and war made the global situation worse because we live in a new-connected world. One thing that has impacted all of us is the higher price in agriculture commodities, specially for food due to the disturbed supply chain and climate change effect. The issues that comes from war in Russia – Ukraina which are the two of key players for fertilizer and grain producer, while also China as pesticide producer has zero covid policy, made the agriculture input skyrocketing. In the end, we as citizens of the world must spend more money to buy food.
Moreover, climate change caused disasters like heavy floods in Pakistan, drought in some parts of Indonesia, etc which resulted in crop failure. The disturbed supply while also in higher price, but the demand still remains, make it worse. Therefore, we need to have food security and make our end to end agriculture more independent.
Gratefully, Pandawa Agri Indonesia (PAI) can contribute to resolve the issue. As the first life science-based company from Indonesia and the only company that had innovation in pesticide reduction products (pesticides reductants), we had the vision to create sustainable agriculture.

As POD Generalist, you will work together with POD Manager to create strategies for maintaining the existing team and nurturing the new team so that they can give their best effort to create an impact in a pleasant working environment.
POD Generalist will accompany OD (Organizational Development) and L&D (Learning & Development) in day-to-day decision-making while also working together with the POD team as a gatekeeper for new candidates to screen the culture-fitted and skilled team.

Has 3 -5 years minimum experience as a HR Generalist
