PT Solusi Energy Nusantara (SENA) is affiliation of PGN Group, a reputable company which has a core business in natural gas distribution and transmission. SENA is established on April 20th, 2015 in Jakarta.

The purposes establishment of SENA is providing an engineering services in oil and gas industries such as pipeline, mechanical, electrical, geodetic, civil, process and telemetry. Our services herein included survey, technical research, front end engineering design (FEED) and detail engineering design (DED), project management consultation, inspection and technical test, commissioning, and other post-operation..

Posisi dan Kualifikasi

Mechanical Engineer
(Project Based Jakarta)
Requirements:
Minimum Si Mechanical Engineering or related fields
Minimum 3-5 years experience in oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
Experienced as a Mechanical Engineer in LNG regasification facility projects more preferred.
Experienced in designing and planning mechanical equipment both rotating pump,
compressor, turbine, ete) or static (tank, pressure vessel, etc) in a Oil & Gas facilities both
upstream and downstream.
Experienced in making mechanical design base, conceptual design of mechanical,
specifications, calculations, datasheets, standard drawings, construction & installation
engineering.
FAT, Site Acceptance Test, Pre commissioning & Commissioning.
Have the ability to use software related to mechanical engineering such as PV Elite, Integraph
Tank and other necessary software.
Have lenowledge of Codes & Standards related to mechanical
Able to control all mechanical design activities throughout the course of the project.
Able to make project implementation plans in the mechanical field both schedules and

Piping Engineer
(Project Based- Jakarta)
Requirements:
  • Minimum Si Mechanical Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
  • Experienced as a Piping Engineer in LNG regasification facility projects more preferred.
  • Experience, in designing and planning Piping equipment in an oil facility & gas both upstream and downstream.
  • Experienced in making piping design base, conceptual design of piping, specifications, calculations, datasheets, standard drawings, construction & installation engineering, FAT, Site
  • Acceptance Test, Pre commissioning & Commissioning.
  • Able to do piping stress analysis
  • Have the ability to use software related to piping engineering such as Caesar II and other necessary software.
  • Have knowledge of Codes & Standards related to piping
  • Able to control all piping design activities throughout the course of the project.
  • Able to make project implementation plans in the field of piping both schedules and manpower and necessary tools.

Instrument & Control Engineer
(Project Based - Jakarta)

Requirements:
  • Minimum Si Electrical Engineering/Physics
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
  • Experienced as an instrument & Control engineer in LNG regasification facility projects take precedence.
  • Experience in designing and planning Instrument and Control (I&TC) systems in an oil & gas facility both upstream and downstream.
  • Experienced in making 1&C design base, conceptual design of I&C, specifications, calculation, datasheet, standard drawings, construction & installation engineering, FAT, Integrated Site Acceptance Test, Pre commissioning & Commissioning.
  • Have the ability to use software related to I&C engineering such as Instrucal and other necessary software.
  • Have knowledge of Codes & Standards related to instrumentation
  • Able to control all I&C design activities throughout the project.
  • Have the ability to communicate well with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to make project implementation plans in the field of I&C both schedules and manpower and necessary tools.

Sr. Process Safety Engineer
(Project Based Jakarta)

Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 Engineering or related fields
  • Have a minimum 6-10 years of work experiences in oil & gas or petrochemical industries
  • Experienced in handling and reviewing engineering documents
  • Experienced in production/engineering of Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU) projects
  • Understanding Plant Refinery Codes and Standards
  • Have an excellent knowledge of internationally recognized code and standards according to their field of expertise
  • Familiar working with related computer software or tech savvy
  • Fluent in communication and writing in English

Process Safety Engineer
Project Based- Jakarta)

Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 Engineering or related fields
  • Have a minimum3-5 years of work experiences in oil & gas or petrochemical industries

Sr. Process Control
Project Based - Jakarta)

Requirements:
  • Minimum Si Engineering or related fields
  • Specialization in process control systems preferred.
  • At least 6-10 years experience in process control engineering in a related industry.
  • Proficiency in project management and Statistical Process Control (SPC) software.
  • Performing quality assurance on existing manufacturing processes.
  • Identifying areas that need process control optimization.
  • Evaluating the efficiency of manufacturing technologies, instruments, equipment, and tools.
  • Recommending suitable software solutions and automating manufacturing processes.
  • Recruiting process specialists and training teams on the implementation of new processes.
  • Keeping process control operations within budget without compromising quality and efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Documenting processes and preparing progress reports.
  • Keeping abreast of developments and innovation in process control engineering

Sr. Process Engineer
(Project Based Jakarta)

Requirements:
  • Minimum Si Chemical Engineering or related fields
  • At least 6-10 years' of experience having worked in an engineering set-up for upstream oil & Gas projects.
  • Proficient in plant process conceptual design, process simulation, detail design and commissioning activities is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Plant
  • Must have a working knowledge of the codes and standards listed above and must have the principal engineer responsible for the design of more than one other project with similar process systems and must be experienced in the use computer programs applicable to such designs.
  • Able to apply Oil and Gas Standard Code and Design Practice to Basic Design, including scaling up
  • Able to carry out Commissioning and Start Up after the construction stage is completed (Mechanical Completion) with basic design
  • Able to operate built units, optimize Unit Operations and integrate with company objectives
  • Handling production/engineering of Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU) projects
