Posisi dan Kualifikasi
is looking for:HRGA Assistant
Location: South Jakarta
Role and Responsibilties:
1. Handle all HR process (recruitment, personnel, organization development, appraisal, etc)
2. Ensure the Government Policies applied on Company
3. Create, review and enhanced HR Business Process
4. Handling the HR administrative tasks such as maintain absences, leaves, etc
5. Preparing and monitoring employee's contract (signing period, extension period, termination period.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, psychology, Law or equivalent.
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good in English
5. Having experience in running KPI, TNA & HRIS will be plus
