Responsibilities
Defines sourcing strategies for Company’s required materials and executes its purchase strategy which meets material specification & quantity, on-time delivery, efficient price and complies with the prevailing regulations & policies in order to support HCML operational activity.
Requirement
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
2. Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Procurement/SCM Oil & Gas industry.
3. Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in handling purchasing goods.
4.Have excellent material knowledge (MRO, drilling, etc.)
5. Have a strong knowledge of tender process, sourcing strategies, local content, vendor management, contract drafting, formalities and related government regulation.
6. Having PTK 007/Panitia Tender certification.
7. International SCM certification is an advantage.
8. Have knowledge in SAP.

Coordinator Field Safety

Responsibilities
Responsible to coordinate by day-to-day supervise and monitor all field safety activities, to ensure that the requirement of HSSE are implemented at offshore and onshore operation location.
Requirement
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health Safety (K3), Process Safety, Chemical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and other relevant engineering background.
2. Have minimum 10 years of experience in offshore operation safety function of Oil and Gas Production included offshore Oil & Gas Production, gas processing and general marine operation.
3. Have Experience Working on a team as Supervisor/Coordinator is an advantage.
4. Have experience in Process Safety area.
5. Have an understanding in upstream oil and gas operations and activities, HSE Management System, HSE Field Operation, HSE Risk & Emergency Management, Marine Safety, Incident Investigation, Safety Leadership, Behavior Safety, and Coaching, and technical Process Safety.
6. Have knowledge in gas detection system, alarm system, safety critical element, life saving appliances and OSRE
7. Certified in Ahli K3 Umum and K3 Migas – Coordinator is preferable.
