Specialist SHE PerformanceCity: Jakarta, ID
Status: Permanent
Job Describtion :
Accountable and responsible for collecting an incident & investigation report compilation, database, data querying/analysis and recommendation generation (Preliminary Incident & Investigation Reports, List of Incidents, Corrective Action Tracking).
Accountable and responsible for providing SHE and contamination control promotion/champaign program, notification SHE flash/alert/talk) and announcement deployment including Health Risk Assessment, Risk Profile Documents, Environment & CC Program data collection.
Accountable & Responsible for providing designs surveys, bechmarks and quantitatives technicques to improve the productivity and quality of operations to build an effective workforce and safety culture.
Accountable & Responsible for providing the record and database on both customers and vendors related Contractor Safety Management System.
Responsible for providing SHE Performance Reports from Operation and collect all data to generate reports (Monthly, quarterly, Annually).
Responsible for providing recommends innovative management strategies and departmental turnaround plans and inspects business processes, cost analysis and service delivery methods for cost recovery and revenue enchancement.
Responsible for being a subject matter expert releted serves as a systems administrator for the performance measurement system and train other departmental users (Employee SHE Accountability Program, SEP, PEP, etc)
Responsible for the Safety Culture development, implementation and monitoring through Safety Maturity Level and Customer Safety Satisfaction measurement, analysis, review and evaluation.
Job Requirement :
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Public Health/Chemical Engineering/Applied Science Occupational Health
3 years in SHE operation in Mining / Oil & Gas / Construction / Forestry and Agriculture
Comprehending Heavy Equipment Business and Technology Development
Specific requirements: ISO 45001/14001 / Mining Safety MS / SMK3 / CAT Contamination Control.
Fluent in Business English, Ms Office, Communication / Presentation skill
