- Devising and implementing employer branding strategies to optimize a company's presence and increase employer brand awareness to attract engage, and hire the best candidates.
- Screening, filtering, and interview ing candidates to assess qualifications andexperience, as well as to determine job fit and cultural fit with the company.
- Managing and organizing new employee training according to business re- quirement standard.
- ldentifies and implements innovative talent acquisition methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Min 2 years' experience in field of Recruitment, Assessment, and Talent Management.
- Min bachelor's degree of Psychology, Human Resources Management,Industrial Engineering.
- Passionate in field of Human Capital.
- Understand and familiar with Psychological test.
- Innovative and Progressive person.
