Established on October 13th, 1972, the Company reached an important milestone on September 19th, 1989, by listing its shares in Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchange as PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR), with PT Astra International Tbk as the majority shareholder. This initial public offering marked the United Tractors’ commitment to becoming the world-class solution-driven company in heavy equipment, mining, and energy for the benefit of stakeholders.

Job Responsibility :
  • Devising and implementing employer branding strategies to optimize a company's presence and increase employer brand awareness to attract engage, and hire the best candidates.
  • Screening, filtering, and interview ing candidates to assess qualifications andexperience, as well as to determine job fit and cultural fit with the company.
  • Managing and organizing new employee training according to business re- quirement standard.
  • ldentifies and implements innovative talent acquisition methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Job Requirement
  • Min 2 years' experience in field of Recruitment, Assessment, and Talent Management.
  • Min bachelor's degree of Psychology, Human Resources Management,Industrial Engineering.
  • Passionate in field of Human Capital.
  • Understand and familiar with Psychological test.
  • Innovative and Progressive person.
