Posisi dan Kualifikasi
PT. Macmahon Mining Services is a multinational mining contractor company and has a combined mining experience including projects throughout Indonesia.We are seeking motivated, high qualified candidates to join our team in Jakarta Office.
We welcome applications for the following roles:
Graduate - HR
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in Psychology or related field.
2. 1-2 years experience in HR role.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update the Recruitment Database
2. Provide Administration support to the Recruitment team
3. Ensure appropriate approval of RTRs and Employment Offers
4. Arrange travel for new employees and team if required
5. Maintain and develop communication with candidates
6. Arrange corporate inductions
7. Assist with reference checking where required
8. Completing Payroll files and following up outstanding documents where necessary
9. Develop, maintain and ensure the availability of employment packs
10. Assists in collating HR / Recruitment monthly reports
11. Organise employees medical and DAS and following up results
12. Record, distribute and file all HR / Recruitment correspondence
13. Approve and process Invoices
14. Monitor current processes and where applicable make recommendations for improvements
