Hi! We're hiring Finance Administration!
To be based at Jakarta Office
• Prepare Report Balance Update Bank IDR and USD Excel and Email to Finance Director Every Morning
• Prepare Report Daily Cash Balance Excel, Asking Approval FM/FD and Email to AECI Managing Director
• Receive Soft Copy Invoice From AEL GMAIL Cloud, Prepare List Invoice, Filling and send to Tax Accountant
• Receive Original Invoice from Supplier and Filling Payment within Invoice
• Receive EFT Payment from Tax Accountant and Filling
• Receive EFT Beacukai from Tax Accountant, Create Payment Beacukai in SCB and Filling
• Receive Rekening Supplier From Procurement, do Phone Verification Rekening and SoftCopy Filling
• Checking available Original Invoice and if not received, do asking to Supplier
• Prepare List Invoice Issue Report and Send to Tax Accountant
• Attending Weekly Meeting Finance
• Prepare Recon WHT,SSP, Payment WHT, Reporting WHT, Send Bukti Potong WHT to Supplier dan Filling WHT
• Prepare Recon VAT, Payment VAT, Report VAT and VAT
• Attending Monthly Meeting Finance Purchasing
• Prepare Surat Kuasa Tarik Tunai for BPJS Kesehatan and Electricity House of GM
• Prepare Rekon Sewa Mobil for Payment Report
• Evaluation Jobdesk with Tax Accountant
• Assisting Finance Audit
• Assisting Tax Audit
• Assisting Internal Audit
• Stock Take to Kalimantan
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Finance role
• Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office especially excel
• Understand in English (speaking & writing)
• Familiar with SAP ECC will be preferred
