PIPING SUPERVISORMonitor and supervise site piping activities to ensure such activities are conducted in a safe and timely manner conform with quality of work is of a standard that optimises availability.
Timika
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from Engineering or related major.
Min. 10 or more years of experiences as a Piping Engineer
Has standard knowledge of Piping Engineering design.
Has standard knowledge about common related design standard/design codes, such as ASME B31.1, ASMEB31.3, ASME VIl, API 114, API 65, etc.
Being recognize as an expert within the function typically has some established contacts with other professionals within industry, technical associations, conferences or academia.
Advance in using computer program related Piping Engineering Desig CAESAR, Pipe Flow Expert, etc.
Proficient in Piping engineering yet can also contribute in other areas of disciplines
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Coordinate a safe work environment in the work area at all times: and ensure all store business work processes and activities are all done in safe works practices. Develop and follow JSA for all tasks
Develop a work schedule including parts, materials, and manpower to be incorporated in the short-term detailed execution plans.
Prepare and submit the regular report required by BMP to ensure report is submitted in timely manner
Supervise Foremen activities to ensure work is technically correct and performed in a safe and cost-effective manner.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE
Responsibility meet the intended outcome.
