Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (abbreviated as “HCML”) is one of the Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) of Badan Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BPMIGAS), which later on was changed into Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas), Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral, as a representative of the Government of Republic of Indonesia to conduct exploration and exploitation of oil and gas in Madura Strait.Posisi dan Kualifikasi
Lead Analyst CommercialResponsibilities
Coordinate commercial support for negotiation with Gas/Condensate buyers including but not limited to Gas/Condensate calculation provisional entitlement share, cost recovery analysis in accordance with changes of ICP, Gas Price based on MEMR regulation and production quantities, export recommendation application and permit, in order to provide recommendation and insights for commercial processes across relevant departments.
Description
1.Coordinate negotiation with Condensate buyer for the Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) including export recommendation application and permit.
2.Coordinate support of Commercial aspect for negotiation with Gas buyers and gas revenue monitoring in order to provide recommendation and insights for further commercial processes across relevant departments.
3.Coordinate provisional entitlement calculation, including entitlement forecast in response to any changes of condensate/gas production level, oil price changes, implementation of MEMR regulation of gas price adjustment.
4.Coordinate with all related Departments to support Management and other relevant Stakeholders regarding flow quantity assurance system and data analysis of oil and gas production trend.
Requirement
1.Having a minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, finance, or any other relevant major.
2.Having minimum 5 years of experience working in Oil & Gas Business/Energy/Finance
3.Have proficient knowledge in PSC system, condensate lifting operations, flow quantity assurance system, and loading master.
4.Having a broad understanding in Gas Sales Agreement and Condensate Sales Purchase Agreement contract.
5.Excellent analytical and modeling skills, detail oriented and able to produce accurate work products.
6.Possess advance Excel Skills
7.Strong oral and written communication skills
8.Intelligent self-starter with good judgment
9.Have the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and deliver quality results within time constraints.
10.Have the ability to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced, real-time team environment.
